  We had the WORST experience with Mr. Greg Engel and his office! We were initially renting a house from him and his office and when we moved in everything was broken the dishwasher, the blinds, the oven, garbage disposal, etc! However I always like to see the good in people so when he offered to help us buy a house I convinced my husband to let Mr Engel help us. What a huge mistake that was!!! As soon as we found a house and purchased it he immediately asked us to move out so that he could sell the house that we were occupying. My husband is a fireman and is gone a lot and we have three kids so the move took longer than we thought and it was very hard on our family. But Mr. Engel did not care he kept harassing us and asking us when we were moving out until finally we just left. Once his he and his office got their commission he immediately change his whole demeanor towards us .... He manipulated us into buying a house with him and then once he was done with us he treated us like trash. He withheld half of our deposit for supposedly the house being dirty which is the way that we moved into that house with all the broken things in it... And when I confronted him about it he was crass and rude and emailed me such offensive things that I no longer wanted to have contact with him! We are currently taking him and the owner of the house to small claims for the rest of our deposit because they could not show the receipts of the work they supposedly had done to that house. He is by no means professional and can not be trusted!!
